TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.
Plots Situated at Village Mandal District.
2 Each member has to pay Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one Thousand only) as Membership fee. After 48 hours Plot will be Released.

EXTRA CHARGES:

A. North-East corner plots will be charged Rs. 1000/- extra Per Sq. Yds according to Project.

B. All the corner plots Rs. 500/- will be charged extra.

4. Extra charges should be paid along with the plot allotment amount.
5. Development activities GHMC / HMDA / DTCP Norms, According to Layout Approved.
6. Those who make the payment through Cheque / D.D.s shall bear the bank charges on realization. The crosses Cheque / D.D. Should be drawn in favour of M/s KUBERA REALTY Payable at Hyderabad.
7. Registration Charge are to be borne by the purchaser as fixed by the company. Registration will be done as per company's Schedule.
8. Management reserves the right to alter to the Layout party or fully and according the plots will be adjusted.
9. The Company does not accept any responsibility for unauthorized person commitments without approval of company.
10. The Company does not accept any responsibility for any loss caused by the act of nature or by the Act of legislation.
11. If any member seeks to cancel his/her Plot, request should be made in written and all remittances made by him/her may be refunded to the customer after deducting administrative expenses not less than 25% as per company norms and further the company reserves the right for allotment of the said plot to another customer.
12. If a member reserves a plot and become default in payment, Company has the right to cancel his/her plot allotment without any notice and further the company reserves right for allotment of said plot to another customer. If he/she regularizes the payment later he/she had to select another plot from the available plots.
13. Change of name or transfer of membership to same other member who is identified by him will be according to company's rules and regulations and will attract additional charges as fixed by the company.
14. All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad/Rangareddy District Court only.
